A luxury Yacht build in 1929 by the well known German Yacht Designer Claus Engelbrecht. It was made as the private yacht for the german industrial tycoon Carl Friedrich von Siemens.
During WW2 the boat was seized by the german authorities and brought to holland as part of the planned invasion fleet for England.
After the war she came back as a private owned tour boat for 100 people in former East-Germany.
Her present owner, an experienced classic-yacht Restorer with a passion for original detail, spent several years restoring it, expending considerable time and effort researching and documenting the original specifications for Engelbrecht Yachts generally and Don Juan specifically. The ship was totally restored in 2001/2002 and in 2015/2016. She was in use as a passengers ship during the past 14 years. Its one of the most special appearances on the berlin waterside.
