Hillyard 8 Ton built 1934 wooden construction of carvel mahogany planking on oak frames, rounded bow with canoe stern and aft cockpit. Long keel with cast iron ballast. Bermudan sloop rig with wooden mast and boom. This boat underwent and extensive refit in 2010-15, hull repaint, recaulk, new cabin roof canvas, deck repaint, new cockpit floor, engine fully serviced, new cockpit and mainsail. In the water at our yard in Fiumicino, Rome (Italy).
