The Pearson 36 was one of the fastest and strongest 36 foot racer-cruisers of the 1970's. As popular on the East and West Coast as on the Gulf Coast, this Bill Shaw designed 36 was a proven class winner of many races of her day. When not racing, her large interior accommodations are perfect for family and friends and the design offers long legged performance qualities that makes her an enjoyable boat to sail. One of the most attractive boats to come out of the seventies, these were an excellent value for a classic racing and cruising yacht.
Mariah has been totally refit in 1998 but once again needs some serious attention. Her exterior still shows well but the interior could use a total refit to bring her back which is reflected in her recent price. Her sail inventory and rigging alone could be worth her asking price.
The owner needs to sell this boat now so all offers will be considered!
