Stepping aboard "Jak Sher" is stepping aboard a classic Chris-Craft yacht of the 70's. When, if you said you had a "Chris" you were the envy of the marina. She has had constant up keep by knowledgeable owners and is a rare find in this condition.
As you step aboard and move forward there are life lines both port and starboard side that connect to a custom stainless steel bow pulpit. The foredeck is quite roomy with a full width bow seat complete with cover. For anchoring there is a fiberglass anchor platform with built in roller, windlass and a remote spot light. At the transom there is adequate walk around providing easy access to both the swim platform and cockpit.
Entering the cockpit there are (NEW) white with blue bench seats with storage with-in, that surround the entire cockpit with a large comfortable captains seat. Centrally located in this area is a table and to the starboard side is a (working) ice maker. The blue and white theme is kept up with blue indoor/outdoor carpet on the sole and a beautiful bimini and full enclosure for inclement weather.
Stepping below you are welcomed by an enormous salon and galley living space. This area is very bright due to the large windows running the full length of both port and starboard side. This area has a very comfortable feeling with teal blue wall to wall carpeting, a full size sofa at the aft end and to beautiful barrel chairs providing comfortable seating. The forward end is a combination of open bookshelves, closed storage and a flat screen TV. To starboard is the galley. This area has an L-shaped layout with an all stainless steel electric 3 burner stove with oven. There is also a microwave for those quick cooking chores. The counter top is open and uncluttered with plenty of storage both above and below. There is a large single bow stainless steel sink and a large under counter refrigerator.
Moving forward is the guest cabin with two large single bunks. Storage is provided beneath the bunks as well as a full height hanging closet.
Now going to the aft end of the boat the owners stateroom is located on the port side. This cabin is very large with two large single beds and a dresser between them. There is also a large full height hanging locker.
Just outside the owners cabin is the head. this space is very large with a long counter top on the outboard starboard side, a stall shower on the port side. The head is electric.
The overall condition of the boat is excellent. From the matching carpeting throught-out, wall and cabinet finish as well as the headliner (NEW in salon Galley).
