This UFO 31 offers six berths in two cabins. Forward is a double V berth with infill with storage beneath. The saloon finished in teak, offers four single berths, 2 settee berths and 2 pilot berths. The saloon has lots of storage space behind and below the settees. There is a central drop leaf saloon table which can comfortably seat six people. Saloon has 5'10 headroom.
The galley area to starboard has single stainless steel sink, stainless steel 2 burner cooker with grill. The galley has good storage all around. The Nav station is opposite to Port and again has lots of storage space. The Heads with marine toilet and sink is to Port and is located between the saloon and the forward cabin with a hanging locker opposite. Access to the engine is via the companionway steps.
The cockpit with its tiller steering provides a good secure space. It has large cockpit area with reasonable storage space with a dedicated liferaft locker.
This UFO 31 is a masthead rigged sloop with keel stepped Bowman aluminium mast and Sailspar boom with slab reefing mainsail and furling headsail. Stainless steel standing rigging and Terylene running rigging. Adjustable backstay, 2 x Spinnaker poles, Standing rigging is original but has been inspected regularly. 2 x sheet winches, 2 x halyard winches, 2 x spinnaker winches and 2 other winches.

Engine has approx. 40 hours and was last serviced by the owner in 2014 has been hardly used since.. The engine is freshwater cooled. Single lever controls with electric start. Shaft drive to a 2 bladed folding prop with rope cutter. 1 x 45ltr stainless steel fuel tank. The vessel will cruise at 6 knots and has a maximum speed of 7 knots under engine.

This UFO 31 built by Colvic in in 1976 but not commissioned until 1979, has a white GRP hull with white GRP superstructure with blue painted non-slip areas. It has a lead fin keel with a spade rudder. The boat has been owned by the current owner from new and has been sailed on and around the Medway and the continent. The boat has been stored ashore every winter on its purpose built launching trolley.
