The Moody 30 offers 5 berths in 2 cabins with approx. 6'0" max headroom. There is a double berth forward with hanging locker to port. Aft of the Forward Cabin is the Heads with hot & cold pressurised water and shower (2011). Lavac marine electric heads with holding tank (2011). Hot water heated by engine and 240v immersion heater fitted 2011.
Aft of the heads is the saloon with 2 settee berths and a bespoke drop leaf saloon table. . Two fixed hull ports.
It has a chart table aft of the saloon to starboard with storage space for books etc. . The L Shaped Galley is to port with two burner gas cooker with oven and grill, stainless steel sink, Ice box with 12v refrigeration unit.
There is a quarter berth to starboard. Blue upholstery. Curtains in saloon. It has a 2KW Eberspacher D2 diesel fired cabin heating system with two outlets that was fitted 2011. The cockpit has large storage lockers and gives a reel feel of comfort.
Located behind the companionway steps is a 2004 Volvo MD2030 three cylinder 29HP Diesel engine. Electric start. Freshwater cooled. Saildrive to a 3 blade folding bronze propeller. Single lever control. Engine has completed approx. 1100 hours. 105 litre fuel tank giving an approximate 200 mile range at 6 knot cruising speed. Maximum speed 7 knots.

Masthead Bermudan rigged sloop with single spreader rig. Deck stepped silver anodised Proctor aluminium mast 1978 and Seldon boom 2011. Stainless steel standing rigging (new 2014). Terylene running rigging replaced as required since 2013. Single line slab reefing mainsail with Lazyjacks and lazybag fitted 2011 with all lines led aft to cockpit. Furlex 2005 headsail roller furling system. Self-tacking Headsail system 2014 All lines led aft to Spinlock clutches in the cockpit.
