The Tartan 10 is a Sparkman & Stephens-designed racing day sailer that's great for the Bay, and the design qualifies for the SF30 class. This particular example (Cattitude, previously Lazy Lightening) has compiled a winning record over the years at the Corinthian and Sausalito Yacht Clubs; she's been extensively updated, including a new Yanmar diesel and great North Sails (and spinnakers), and is currently race ready.
Some highlights: repowered in 2012, new folding prop in 2013, hauled and sprayed-on bottom paint 2015, new traveler lines, main and jib halyards, triple clutch, winches serviced, engine serviced, new forestay, new backstay, new bilge pump and hoses, new battery and battery charger in 2016 (over $7,000 spent this year, with receipts for all equipment and work done since 2006). Note the boat has NUMEROUS sails including both symmetrical and asymmetrical spinnakers, all in very good to excellent shape.
Also note that the boat is lying in a potentially transferable Sausalito Yacht Harbor slip; there's a long wait to get into this marina so this is a material benefit if you're able to take advantage...
