Purple Tiger should not be overlooked if one is looking for a Nonsuch 30 Classic. This hull # 101 was near the beginning of the standard boat having a Westerbeke 29 (30 HP) 4 cylinder diesel (replacing the smaller 23 HP Volvo). She has been professionally maintained with just two owners and has a three-year old sail running on Strong Track stainless steel slides that ease the raising of the sail. Navigation equipment includes new Garmin chart maker at the helm plus a back-up GPS below and auto helm. The foredeck brags an electric windless, pulpit mounted plough anchor, plus a spare Danforth, ample anchor rode and chain, and wash down pump. She has many comforts below including a hot water system and refrigeration running from either dockside power or the engine, a new Force 10 propane stove with oven and broiler and custom built storage cabinets. The cockpit has fitted cushions, folding mahogany table and teak grate in the cockpit sole.
Priced to sell, Purple Tiger is in sail away condition for either coastal or off-shore cruising.
