She is constructed on a solid fiberglass semi displacement hull design with a deep forefoot, slightly rounded bilges, and a full length keel. With the single 165 Perkins, she will do 10-11 knots while burning about 6 GPH. At 7.6k, fuel consumption drops to about 2 GPH.

Forward is a large v-berth arrangement with filler. Going aft and to starboard is the head and separate stall shower. Across from the head is a u-shaped galley. Up and aft is a well laid out salon with the lower steering station to starboard. To port is a large settee that converts to a bed. Going aft through a glass sliding door is a large cockpit with plenty of room for lounging or fishing.
The same owners have owned Trombo for over 15 years and cruised extensively from the South Sound to the Canadian San Juans. The previous owner had her for 10 years and cruised as far North as Desolation Sound and Princess Louisa. They were founding members of the NW Mainship Owner’s Association, and he was a moderator for the Mainship Group, providing technical advice. The original owner had her for 9 years cruising in fresh water 6 months/year and stored her on land the rest of the year in a climate controlled shed in Connecticut. Maintenance/upgrade records are available back to 1991. Original Perkins manuals are also available.
