Update 9/30/2016 - Motors cranked and ran with new batteries this past week...The bank is listening as there was a recent judgment against the estate...lean on vessel is $33k. It will take something close to that to get the bank to release the lean. I have lots of offers in the low $20's so please keep that in mind. Don't waist your time or mine with those offers.
Update 8/31/2016...all photographs where taken 4/21/2016...the vessel will be SOLD shortly. The estate and the bank have come to terms. You are welcome to come and view it and put your offers in but please don't ask me what's wrong with it because I don't know. And no I don't have a recent survey...she will be sold as where is. It will take an offer north of $22,000 to buy the vessel as a judgment was just obtained. Owners son has committed to have it in running condition shortly.
Vessel has not been moved out of her slip in 4 years...Generator was replaced in about 2008 and looks to be in good condition but true condition is unknown...vessel will be "sold as - where is"
