Bukh 10HP single cylinder inboard diesel engine (1983/4) with raw water cooling. 6 gallon fuel tank with a consumption per hour of around 1/3 of a gallon at a cruising speed of about 4 to 5 knots. Shaft drive to 3 blade fixed propeller. Alternator charging to 2 x 80 amp/hr 12 volt batteries. Engine hours are approx 989 since engine hour meter fitted in 2001.

Accommodation - she has 5 berths in 2 cabin including to "V" berths in the forward cabin, saloon table lowers to form a double berth and there is a further quarter berth to starboard.
"Kuiseb" was purchased by her current owner around 15 years ago and has been sailed on the Medway. Her last survey was in 2006. Her standing rigging was renewed in 2009. Her owner is selling due to advancing years.
