The 35 Landfall was designed with the cruising sailor in mind, but with good sailing capabilities in mind as well. This particular 35 has been very well maintained over his ownership with very good sails and newer bimini. The vessel is in great shape considering her age, as is her bright work. Her Awlgrip dark blue hull will turn heads in any marina. An easily handled boat with wonderful accommodations. This very clean vessel is a must see if you are in the market for a beautiful turn-key sailing yacht!

She is ready to sail away-
The 35 Landfall's interior glows in the glow of beautiful varnish work and has a great layout for cruising. Her forward stateroom features a double V berth forward with zippered hanging lockers with light and ventilation coming from her large opening hatch. Her head equipped with manual marine toilet and shower is aft and her huge main salon has settee across from her convertible U shaped dinette. An ample quarter berth lies aft of her chart table. The galley is U shaped for easy cooking underway and has great storage for all the sores you need for extended cruising.
