The DeFever 47 POC Motor Yacht is a heavily built design from the well regarded Sen Koh yard in Taiwan. Built as a semi-displacement hull with a wide beam, hard aft chines, and a long keel capable of offering protection to the running gear. With it's galley down and a three stateroom layout on the lower level with three heads and a walk-in engine room, you'll definitely think you're on a much larger boat. Note that the second guest stateroom (aft of the engine room) can be set up for use as a office. This boat has the popular option with the aft deck enclosed that converts the entire aft deck platform into the boat's main salon and primary entertainment area. The interior is completely finished in well-crafted teak woodwork. Additional features include a tub/shower in the aft head, bow pulpit and a large flybridge with plenty of guest seating. With it's optional Cat 375 HP engines, she cruises at 11 knots at a very economical rate of 12 gallons per hour. She is located at our yard for easy viewing. Stop by anytime. The photos of the Vessel in the water are not recent, the You Tube Video is a fair representation of the boats current condition. Thank you.

Caterpillar 3208TA engines, Engine compartment is very clean, one would be hard pressed to believe their is 3600 hrs on this vessel. Both motors run very strong, the lower spedds of these boats correlate to engines that last much longer. You are using the highter touque rating with these T/As not running them up to near redline where they won't last.
Almost all of this electronic equipment has been mounted in a custom made overhead that makes access and functionality so easy.
Sleeps six owners and guests in three staterooms and two more on couches for a total of eight. The master is aft with head, shower/tub and a queen sized bed. There are two guest staterooms including two guest heads. One of the guest staterooms is forward in the bow and has a separate head with sink and a hanging locker. The third is located on the portside midships and has two stacked bunks that can configured into a couch with a backrest along with a desk that has four drawers. The head and sink for this stateroom is located on the otherside of the companionway. The galley is located down on the port side with a Galleymaid three burner cooktop stove with an oven. There is a microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, a double stainless steel sink. Laminate counter tops with ample cabinet and drawer storage.
Starboard side has seating for four at a large dinette table. The mid salon area can be configured with a more formal dining area or another area for couches. Really comfortable and makes a nice layout!
The aft salon has a loveseat and a full size couch along with two basket tables and end tables with lamps. The bar top area in the aft salon lifts up and reveals hot and cold water and a stainless sink. Within easy arms reach is another refrigerator with ice maker next to the beverage cabinet. At the top of the bar area and behind a sliding glass window is located a 27" Color with cable TV and remote.
The flybridge is hugh and has seating for twelve. This has been customized from original to allow for another four place dinette, a long padded bench, two forward facing double up benches (the bench on the portside can be converted to a Admirals Chair) and a center mounted Captains chair. What a place to hangout!
The original owner had a custom stainless steel framed wiplon top installed along with custom fender brackets for six large fenders up on the front railings and a somewhat spiral styled staircase down from the aft deck to the swim platform. At the time when the work was done in 1986 we were told it cost thirty thousand dollars. I believe it! Very nice work! Some of the teak maintenance items have been professionally and tastefully replaced with starboard material for a lot less need for attention .
