This Moody 31 is a very clean tidy vessel, lying in Topsham, Devon with easy access from M5 and in nearly new condition - has fairly basic equipment, although more than adequate for family sailing. She has been well maintained and always wintered ashore. A survey has just been completed by the owner for insurance purposes.
The Moody 31 was the most popular of all the Moodys and Calypso is a particularly good example of this popular family cruiser, designed by Bill Dixon and built by Marine Projects - a little short on latest equipment but this carefully sailed and owned family cruiser does provide for a new owner a practically new boat! All equipment well maintained, with new Harken furling, recent refrigeration and cooker, plus a regularly serviced Volvo 2003. This is the best 31 we have seen for some time.
