Viva Yo is a well kept three cabin, two head and shower, pilot house motor yacht. She is in very nice condition and shows well. Enter the vessel through the transom door into a spacious cockpit area with teak trim. The salon door is varnished teak and the interior is a dark stained teak. An L Shape sofa and chairs make the salon a comfortable area for entertaining with the galley on the same level.
Up two short steps to the pilot house or down four steps to the sleeping areas this boat is very easy to get around. Her master is forward with a large double VIP amidships. There is a small bunk cabin or this space can be storage off the master.
The pilot house offers great ventilation with two opening doors to the side decks or open the large hatch to the bridge and find seating for eight plus a boat deck and davit for a tender.
