New to the market and priced to sell is a very clean 25' Catalina Sloop, equipped with recently replaced "Watersails" mainsail and roller furling headsail, replaced new in 2013. Considering that it is a 25' vessel with a smaller waterline, she is surprisingly fast in a breeze, and is super fun to sail And very responsive. The 2013 9.8HP Tohatsu outboard is mounted on a very strong and nice stainless steel bracket. Wire standing rigging on the single spreader full rig is in excellent condition and the running rigging is in great shape as well. Vessel is equipped with the optional "pop-top" deck, allowing massive headroom below and ventilation, which is an awesome feature for a pocket cruising sailboat. Recently updated with Raymarine Depth and Speed, Dual Marine Stereo, VHF, and a Plastimo Compass. Interior settee cushions updated, as well as the Vee-berth and Quarter Berth cushions and show very well. Vessel was a fresh water boat since new, before coming to Charleston in 2011.
Seller's change in plans allows this boat to be available at an extremely reasonable price and will likely not last long considering the condition.
