6 berths in 2 cabins, the Barbican 33 is an open plan layout with a double berth in the forepeak, a single and double in main saloon and a single quarter berth. The saloon has 5'9'' standing headroom, oatmeal upholstery, a central table that can seat 6 people in comfort.
Before entering the forward cabin the heads is to starboard providing space for a Lavac Zenith marine toilet, holding tank of 60 litres. There is large amount of storage space throughout the boat.
Galley is to port with double stainless steel sink, with pressurised hot and cold freshwater, heated through a calorifer or via a mains immersion heater; 2 burner Plastimo Atlantic gas cooker with grill and oven. Fridgomat fridge, crockery and cutlery all included. Curtains are provided. 290 litre fresh water capacity in one tank.
Located under the companionway steps, Thornycroft 80D 1991 32hp 4 cylinder diesel engine with 2297 hours, regularly end of season oil and filter change, new dual Racor spin-on filters fitted 2007. Injectors were serviced in 2005 and tappets adjusted in 2009. Freshwater cooled. Single lever controls with electric start. This Barbican 33 MK II has a GRP Hull (with red gelcoat finish), deck and superstructure with Balsa core. Hull was epoxied from new in 1991 and was also stripped back and re-epoxied in 2007. Deck has been painted with Blakes non skid grey deck paint, self draining cockpit. Encapsulated long keel with twin bilge plates making this a triple keeler, keel hung rudder and wheel steering. She has been well looked after and well maintained by the current owner and comes with a set of equipment and engine manuals.
