Built for the first of her two owners in 1991. Masthead ,sloop rigged ,long- keel hull design with wheelhouse. The hull is light brown with teak badging. The topsides are off-white with diamond pattern non-slip Treadmaster. S./S. pulpit ,pushpit, stanchions with double lifelines. Fold- down S./S. transom boarding ladder and fixed skylight in wheelhouse top.
Fitted out in teak to sleep 4-5 in two cabins. From forward: Chain locker Forecabin with 2 berths. Forehatch over. Separate toilet compartment to port with ‘Jabsco’ W.C. and pull-out washbasin. Hanging locker to starboard. Saloon has an L-shaped settee to port with fold-down table, which forms the base to convert the settee to a double. Galley to starboard with gimballed Plastimo Neptune gas cooker, S.S. sink with hot and cold water and a sea-water tap.Racks and drawer for cutlery Aft of the galley is a quarter berth with chart table over. Berths have grey/blue cord upholstery. Steps lead to wheelhouse. Helm station and folding seat to port with Engel 12/230v fridge under. Stowage to starboard under a separate seat. Good access to engine and batteries by lifting wheelhouse sole. Sliding teak door to an ample aft cockpit. Bench seat aft with locker under, including draining gas bottle bin. Fresh water is in a flexible tank in the bow (40 gallons)

The 27 h.p engine, which is regularly serviced, has been trouble-free and affords a cruising speed of approx 6.2 Knts. Fuel capacity of approx.40 gallons in a stainless steel tank (new 2014) Two heavy duty batteries (new 2014) Charging by alternator and also by solar-panel on wheelhouse roof. Calorofier heats water.
