The classic motorsailer: The Nauticat 33 was the most successful model of the Finnish shipyard Siltala Yachts Oy. From 1967 to 1996, a total of nearly 1.200 units were built. Seaworthy long keel yacht with strong engine, shaft drive and grounding protection below propeller. The Nauticat 33 is a sturdy motorsailer with two helm stations. Bright, friendly pilothouse with inner steering position and elevated aft deck with outside helm station. Aft cabin with double berth to port and en-suite heads compartment. Well-maintained, fully equipped owner's yacht. The bottom paint was completely rebuilt in 2012. Beautiful teak interior in best scandinavian boatbuilder's tradition.
The Nauticat 33 is ketch-rigged. Deck stepped top rigged main mast with one set of spreaders, mizzen mast stepped on pilothouse roof with one set of spreaders. Fullbatten mainsail dacron approx. 18 m² with lazy bag and lazy jacks, mizzen dacron with boom cover, furling genoa dacron approx. 26 m² on FURLEX genoa furler, spinnaker with spinnaker pole and spinnaker gear.
Teak on running decks, foredeck, coach house roof and on raised aft deck, pilothouse with two sliding doors and large sliding sunroof, solid, fixed railing in teak and stainless steel, railing gates starboard and port, electric anchor windlass LOFRANS, mooring kit: CQR-anchor 16 kg with 50 m anchor chain 8 mm and anchor rope, Danforth-anchor as stern anchor, bowsprit in teak and stainless steel with anchor roller, bowladder and bobstay, swimladder, spring cleats.
Bright, friendly pilothouse with central steering position and L-shaped sofa to port around saloon table. Aft cabin with double berth to port, en-suite heads compartment to starboard and ample storage space in lockers and storage compartments. Saloon in front of pilothouse with dinette and saloon table to port and longitudinal galley to starboard with gas stove (3 burners and oven), electric coolbox and double sink. Forward cabin with V-shaped double berth, heads compartment on portside forward. Traditional teak interior, plenty of storage space throughout the boat.
