The Linssen 402 SX offers 6 berths in 2 cabins
The FORWARD CABIN has a side V berth. This is a light and airy cabin with an opening forward facing window. En suite heads with pump-out WC and washbasin with mixer tap.
Moving aft to port is the GALLEY, with a four ring hob, s/s sink with mixer tap pressurised hot and cold water supply, fridge and sufficient storage below.
Opposite is the DINETTE converting to a double berth.
Steps up the SALOON with L-shaped settee, coffee table with seating opposite; the inner helm is to port with a range of cupboards behind. Cupboards include drinks and glass cabinets.
Steps down to AFT CABIN with double berth set central and en-suite shower room separate heads with washbasin and pump-out toilet and hanging lockers. A striking feature throughout this boat is the enormous amount of storage available.
From the Saloon steps lead up to FLYBRIDGE with helm position to starboard, helm seat with storage beneath, full instrumentation and additional storage lockers. 4 x 12 volt batteries (2013) 12/24 volt systems, charging from the engine alternators, 240-volt battery charger and generator, 240 volt ring main installed along with an immersion heater.
This fine example has been owned by the current owner for the last 3 years, selling as they are moving to sail. Last out of the water march 2016 for its winter service. Full documentation held, a 2013 survey is available on request. A boat safety certificate is valid until May 2017.
