The Southerly 100 is a comfortable cruising yacht with a lifting keel which is deal for exploring the shallow waters of the East Coast and beyond and is suitable for a drying mooring. Lady Grace has an extensive inventory and is priced competitively, she does require some cosmetic attention internally to bring her back to her best but would be an excellent purchase for a practical owner.

The accommodation offers six berths in two cabins with 7 ft max headroom. Forecabin with two overlapping single berths, storage and opening hatch to foredeck. Saloon with U-shaped dinette to port which can convert to a double berth, settee opposite and various storage lockers. Galley to port equipped with Plastimo Neptune 2-burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven, microwave, twin stainless steel sinks, fridge and storage areas. Cutlery and crockery included. Chart table and steering position to starboard. Quarter berth aft to port. Separate heads compartment with marine toilet, shower and washbasin. Pressurised hot and cold water system throughout. Eberspacher diesel fired warm air heating system. Cotton upholstery with blinds and curtains.
Located behind the companionway, Yanmar 3YM20 3-cylinder 20hp inboard diesel engine (new in 2010). Seawater cooled. Single lever controls at cockpit helm with electric start. Shaft drive with rope cutter to 3-bladed propeller. Mild steel fuel tank with 100 litre fuel capacity. Bowthruster with controls at helm.
The engine was last serviced December 2015 and has been very lightly used since. The internal helm controls are still present but have not been connected after the new engine was installed as her owner found it difficult to see from inside and rarely ever used.
