Tyrant needs some mechanical restoration, notably the Hamilton jet drives. Unfortunately, her owner fell ill and the boat was neglected, resulting in her current estate-sale status.
She has twin Yanmar 250 h.p. diesels, with 447 hours, a 5 KW Northern Lights genset, with both bridge and cockpit controls. This vessel is equipped with a diesel furnace for cabin heat, radar, plotter, sounder, VHF, hot water, and refrigeration. The private owners stateroom is to port with a separate heater.
The boat is propelled with Hamilton Jet drives. The drives will need to be rebuilt and have been examined by Hamilton, who concludes the drives can be rebuilt. The engines have been inspected, tested and given a good bill of health. The hull has been recently surveyed successfully.
This is a boat that could be a great opportunity for the right buyer. The estate will consider offers.
