The forecabin contains a double v-berth with shelves running the full length on either side as well as a hanging locker on the starboard side of the entrance door. The salon is next aft with a c-shaped settee on the starboard side around a folding cherry table which is positioned on the centerline and has a top-opening cabinet built into it. Opposite and to port is a straight settee which provides more seating for dining when the table is fully extended. Above and outboard of the c-shaped settee is a wide shelf flanked on either end by a storage cabinet, while above and outboard of the straight settee is a cabinet forward followed aft by a fiddled bookshelf and then a space to hold a television. There is stowage space below both settees as well as a bar cabinet behind the settee back. Aft of the straight settee on the port side is a forward-facing navigation station with its own seat and a good-sized chart table.
The keyhole galley is aft of the settee on the port side and has a very efficient setup. With the double stainless steel sinks facing forward and set in the center of a good-sized work surface with a large, top-opening storage cabinet built in outboard of the sinks. Next aft is the 2-burner propane (and butane capable) stove and oven. Across the aft end of the galley is the front opening refrigeration and freezer unit with a top-opening icebox built in beside it. The microwave oven sits on this work surface. There are storage cabinets above and outboard of the stove and work surfaces as well as below the stove, below the sinks and inboard beside the sinks.
Opposite and to starboard is the very large head unit that has a separate shower stall with a teak seat. Aft of the head on the starboard side is the second cabin which features a large 6’7” by 6’7” berth, a shelf along the outboard side of the berth and a hanging locker forward and outboard.
The whole of the interior is warm and welcoming with rich cherry paneling and cabinetry, and the cabin sole is teak and holly. Plentiful hatches and side ports make the interior bright with natural light and excellent ventilation.

One of Beneteau’s must sought after deigns and in the rare ‘Owner’s Version’. Sugar Beach has never been in charter and shows light usage in recent years. Priced tens of thousands of dollars under comparable sisterships, she represents a tremendous value. She does have some cosmetic gelcoat chipping on the cabin top which the owner has elected to leave ‘as is’ and her windlass needs repair, but other than this, she is in terrific condition and has very good sails and a recent bottom paint too. She’s ready for Caribbean adventures or for moving to a new area and the owner is ready to listen to realistic offers.
