The Etap 39s is built in Belgium and is marketed as the unsinkable hull. The hull features about seven cubic meters of hidden away between the double fiberglassed skins of the hull and deck, under the v-berth, in the aft compartment and under the combings. This foam is not only the key to the boats unsinkability but als0 provides additional stiffness to the hull and insulation. So if cruising safely is a high priority then an Etap is well worth consideration.
Beyond the safety factor you will find a boat that is stylish, well appointed, comfortable and has very nice sailing performance. Tommy features a large straight line galley to port, a large dining area and U shaped settee to starboard. A forward stateroom and aft cabin. Outside she features a well protected cockpit with hard windshield and dodger.
