Merlin is a Contour 34 SC manufactured by Contour Yachts in Erin Ontario in model year 2001, and marketed as a “Sport Cruiser.” ( sport means you have a medium performance multi hull combined with a cabin that offers serious cruising accommodations ). Just look at the picture labeled "cabin looking aft " and if I didn't tell you it was a trimaran you might think it was a mono-hull "
When the pontoons are in the " folded up position " the beam is only 12' 6" which allows you to tie up in a slip and the draft with the board up is only 1' 3" which lets you tie up ( or anchor ) in some seriously skinny water.
A one-owner boat, she has been used almost exclusively for weekend cruising, mostly in the Chesapeake Bay with excursions to New England and Florida. The boat is in excellent, cruise-ready condition and is very completely equipped
