Lochin 333 Harbour Pilot
In the fore cabin there are two single berths in a V berths form and plentiful storage. She has a forward hatch in the cabin, marine heads with hand basin and shower. Second cabin with single berth. A short companionway leads to the main saloon. the helms seat is on Port with an U-shaped seating arrangement to starboard. The sole of the deck saloon is teak holly. The galley is fitted with sink with hot/ cold water, gas hob grill and oven.
The Fore-deck has stainless steel rails all-round the bow and side deck areas to the Cockpit. Hand rails extend protection around the Cockpit set at regulation height above the deck. Handrails are fitted to the wheelhouse for further safety when moving forward or aft. A stainless steel gantry mast houses radar dome, navigation lights and VHF antennae, etc.
The Lochin 333 Harbour Pilot is powered by a single Caterpillar 3126TA 426hp turbo charged 6-cylinder diesel engine (hours 1300), freshwater cooled shaft drive to a 5 bladed bronze propeller with rope cutter. Single lever Morse controls, giving an approximate cruising speed of 17 knots with a maximum speed of approximately 24 knots. Engine last serviced June 2016, cutlass bearing serviced 2015. Sidepower through tunnel Bowthruster.
6 x 24 volt batteries (2011) charging from the engine alternator, 240 volt battery charger, 240 volt ring main installed with immersion heater, inverter also fitted.
