Originally built in Viareggio, Italy, M/Y ARGYLL offers the rare opportunity to own a custom and completely wheelchair accessible yacht from the dock to the sun deck. Her interior hallways are massive and all guest common area doorways allow for easy wheelchair maneuverability. An elevator also services guests from the lower guest staterooms to the sun deck. Additionally, custom wheelchair ramps allow for easy access to the aft spaces on each deck, seamlessly allowing each guest, regardless of physical capabilities, to comfortably experience the thrill of being out on the open seas.
At just under 500 tons, ARGYLL accommodates 10 guests in 5 spacious staterooms, including an upper deck aft master stateroom with spectacular 270 degree views and four lower deck staterooms, consisting of two luxurious queen cabins and two spacious twin cabins. ARGYLL's classic, custom interior is by Ralph Lauren, and features African makore mahogany and handcrafted Tuscan marble throughout.
ARGYLL's main salon, sky lounge, and partially enclosed sun deck are all generously sized spaces and benefit from large windows and plentiful seating arrangements, making it difficult to pick a favorite socializing spot when on the yacht. The main salon features an elegant, custom built-in bar, the sky lounge is an excellent space to read a book or enjoy the fireplace, and the sun deck features the most thrilling views when on board the yacht. The aft sun deck also provides for plentiful sunning space and includes a large Jacuzzi.
The yacht's galley and pantry spaces are also very generously sized and allow for an inviting, open atmosphere for guests to enjoy, including a built-in bar to enjoy a casual meal or talk with the chef.
ARGYLL can easily cruise the shallower waters of the Bahamas and zero-speed stabilizers provide for a comfortable and enjoyable experience when anchored off some of the most spectacular destinations in the world.
ARGYLL is designed to carry a party of up to 10 guests in 5 luxurious staterooms. Her accommodations consist of an upper deck aft master stateroom with 270 degree views and four spacious guest staterooms on the lower deck, consisting of two queen cabins and two twin cabins. The starboard forward twin and aft port queen cabins both feature a bathtub in their en-suite facilities, while the other two cabins have glass-enclosed showers. The crew accommodations support up to 10 crew members in 5 cabins, including both the main deck captain's cabin and chef's cabin, conveniently located adjacent to the galley. Three additional crew cabins are located on the lower deck with an extremely spacious crew mess and laundry facilities.
Upon entering the yacht’s main deck aft, you will find a comfortable outdoor dining area for up to 10 guests, a built-in bar to starboard and buffet to port, both adding to the functionality of the space. Continuing forward through the large main aft sliding doors is the main salon which features fourteen magnificent windows, allowing for spectacular natural light. Plentiful seating arrangements make it the perfect place to relax before dinner, and a classic bar located forward to port offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy a cocktail. A separate, spacious dining room is located port forward of the main salon, and is accessed via two hinged doors which can be closed off for additional privacy. The space also features two large windows, wall storage, and access to the pantry and galley through two additional double swinging doors.
The pantry and galley are massive, with a built-in granite bar and bar stools for those that wish to enjoy a casual meal with the chef or discuss daily menus. The space is very comfortable with plenty of prep and plating space, and four portholes add excellent natural light. The pantry has excellent storage for china and linens, as well as expansive counter space, allowing service preparation to be a breeze behind the scenes. A 5-star, 3-course meal can easily be accommodated for a full boat of guests.
Across from the dining room is the conveniently located dayhead, with the elevator located just aft on the starboard side between the dining room and main salon. The grand main entrance foyer is forward of the dining room, with an elegant spiral staircase leading to all decks. Also on this deck is the captain's cabin all the way forward.
The upper deck features a large sky lounge with fireplace, built-in desk, and plenty of seating to socialize and enjoy incredible views. Additionally, a built-in bar to forward has an automatic viewing panel that can be lowered to view the action in the pilot house and enjoy the views when underway. A conveniently located dayhead is also on this level. Forward of the sky lounge is the spacious pilot house, with two large captain's chairs. Unique to the pilot house is the ability to walk in front of the electronics, allowing one to get an unobstructed 270 degree view.
The master stateroom is aft of the sky lounge, with a large king size bed located in the center of the room. A large privacy screen can be automatically raised from behind the bed, blocking the view from the entrance doors to the stateroom, allowing for additional privacy. The most spectacular features of the master stateroom are eight large vertical windows that allow for incredible 270 degree views. The master also features his/hers heads to port and starboard forward. The port head has been completely customized to allow for handicap accessibility in both the shower and head. The starboard head features an elegant bathtub and private head. A private aft deck space with seating banquette is located aft of the master stateroom, offering a great space to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of champagne in the evening with a loved one.
ARGYLL's sun deck is uniquely enclosed to forward, providing additional interior space. This enclosed section features ten magnificent windows, teak floors, a large dayhead, small bar area, additional interior staircase to the upper deck aft, and the most incredible views of the ocean. Comfortable, oversized chairs allow for a great place to watch a movie on the large, drop-down flat screen television. The sun deck aft exterior space is accessed through large sliding doors, and provides a spacious Jacuzzi and plentiful sunning space.

“I have had the privilege of running ARGYLL for over 10 years. She has proven to be a comfortable, safe, versatile, and reliable yacht. ARGYLL has provided the wheelchair bound Owner full access and enjoyment of his passion to be on the sea, with friends and family.
He is the original Owner and has always insisted the yacht be maintained in impeccable condition. We do running surveys so we can demonstrate the constant improvement of the yacht.
I can assure anyone interested in a yacht of this size and caliber, wheelchair bound or not, ARGYLL is an excellent handling, safe and reliable platform.”
Jim Kenyon, Captain, M/Y ARGYLL
ARGYLL is a beautiful and extremely capable yacht, with incredible interior spaces and the unique ability to provide freedom to those that spend time in a wheelchair.
With an upper deck master and four guest staterooms on the lower deck, her interior is thoughtfully designed, and provides nice separation between crew and guest areas. She has enjoyed recent upgrades including new paint to her weather boards, bow/bridge windows, and overheads (June 2016). Additionally, the galley, sky lounge, and enclosed sun deck floors have all been refinished (June 2016). The teak around the Jacuzzi has also been replaced on the sun deck (2016). Her hull was painted in 2015.
The name "ARGYLL" is reserved. All owner's and crew's personal items. A detailed list of exclusions will be provided at time of sale, upon written request.
