This Bavaria 36 is available with charter management commitments AND revenue up until October 2017 with an option to renew after that. With just 2 owners from new "Pantalaimon" is a very well equipped Bavaria 36 including the expensive lead keel option, larger Volvo 2030 engine, central heating and full Raymarine linear drive autopilot. Saildrive gaitor (seal) replaced March 2011. Standing rigging replaced March 2012. New main & furling genoa 2014. All new DZR seacocks and skin fittings (tails) fitted spring 2016. Varnish work by our professional French polisher in high wear areas January 2017. This yacht is currently on the Liberty Yachts charter management fleet (new coding 2016, lasts 4 more seasons) and a new owner will be obliged to continue to have her managed by us and receive an income for this season.The current owners are now working in central Europe so she is priced to sell and offers will be considered.
