This Fresh Water Hunter 260 has very light use and is unique in her BUILT-IN AIR CONDITIONING system. A great first or 3rd boat she is manageable in size yet big enough to give a family enough room to be comfortable.
With the double aft berth consuming the entire width under the cockpit she is big enough for two tall individuals. Then there is the V berth that again is decent for reasonable size folks and then two settee berths in the main cabin for smaller crew members. Enjoyably, the cushions are not the standard Vinyl, but rather the upgraded fabric cushions. Feel great and look fabulous.
The cockpit is amazingly large for her size and includes an open transom to port and an easy to reach outboard mount on the starboard side. The electric start 9.9 Mercury includes remote controls at your finger tips in the cockpit. Again no reaching for anything.
Included options are: Wheel Steering, cockpit mounted engine controls, electric start, fixed marine head w/ holding tank, fabric interior Upgrade (blue), Bimini Top fits boat w/ stern rail seats), Stern rail seats in stern rail, mainsail cover, compainionway cover, CDI Roller further installed w/ UV on edges of sail, Solar Vent --- Day/Night with nicad battery, Cockpit Cushions, 2nd battery w/ selector switch and extra battery with box, Stereo CD installed w/ 2 speakers inside and 2 outside, A/C Shore Power - Main Breaker w/ dedicated 120 volt outlets, Built in Air Conditioning under "V" berth, Battery Charger 10 amp three stage automatic, Compass Pedestal mounted, Knotmeter & Depthmeter and last but not least she includes USCG Package safety gear ( includes: anchor, rode, chain, shackles,Flair kit, 2 fire extinguishers, Air Horn, 4 standard life vests,1 throwable ) along with (4) Braided dock lines, (2) 15' & (2) 20' & (2) Large fenders (type w/ hole in center). A very complete boat.
Located at Sardis Lake 55 minutes south of Memphis she can be yours. At a monthly payment of around 190.00/month remember you can frequently deduct the interest as a 2nd home tax deduction so after tax considerations the real cost is likely 150/month - - pretty cheap family fun.
