A clean example of the ever popular Beneteau First 21.7. This yacht sails like a larger yacht thanks to the heavy cast iron ballast swing keel. She offers versatility as either a racer or fast cruiser with an emphasis on fun. This boat has been owned from new by her present owners. With over 60 of them now here on the Lakes, "Patsy's Parlour" would be a perfect boat to get started in this hugely popular and successful fleet.
