Seldom do we see such a well cared for and immaculately presented craft. If you are looking for an aft cabin flybridge boat then this 50 foot blue water cruiser is a real must see. She has very spacious and comfortable accommodation for 6 and has a very complete inventory including full reverse cycle Air-con. We have many more photos on our files and will be happy to send these on request. Please call for more details or an appointment to view this outstanding boat.
From the very first time you step aboard this immaculately presented Hershine 50 you will be amazed at the spacious feeling evident throughout the boat. The whole boat is spotlessly clean and is served by ample power pints and lights throughput as well as having the added benefit of a fully reverse cycle Air-Conditioning system for heating and cooling.
The teak laid Aft Deck is fully covered by a stylish integrated Hard Top and is simply huge. As can be seen from the photographs, there is space enough for a table and 4 chairs plus plenty of storage in the built in unit. This also houses a sink and tap so lends itself very well to being an outside bar and food prep area. There are secure powered coated aluminium doors to the side decks which mean the weather stays where it should be - outside! The aft deck can be fully enclosed by the roll down canopy or open to fresh air as you wish. There is also access from here to the Fly Bridge and steps down to the Saloon.
The Flybridge has ample cushioned seating for all those aboard and with plenty of safe and dry stowage in lockers and under the helm area there is no need to lug cushion sets up and down the stairs. The upper helm has a full set of mirrored navigational instrumentation and engine controls as well as a mimic panel showing which lights and alarms are active on the boat. There is a small teak finished fixed table for drinks and easy access to the crane and dinghy over the aft deck Hard Top. Naturally, there is a full weather cover for the helm and helm seat.
As you descend the stairs, the Saloon is very pleasing to the eye and features teak floor with loose rugs. There his an L shaped leather Sofa to Starboard and two loose leather chairs providing ample seating in comfort. In addition to the numerous capacious cupboards is a stylish Coffee table and housing unit for the flat screen TV, DVD & CD system and a Raymarine satellite TV system. The Saloon is well lit by natural daylight and a number of integrated Led and overhead lights. Please see the feature ceiling light photograph which indicates the attention to detail in the ships design. The sound system is fed to a large number of switchable speakers throughout the boat. Air-conditioning controls, CO2 detector.
The Helm is situated to starboard in the saloon. As one might expect there is a comprehensive array of navigational equipment as listed elsewhere. Under the double helm seat is the main switch panel which has an automatic courtesy light when opened. One very thoughtful feature of the boat is the hidden panels in the saloon sides that allow access to the cabling to and from the flybridge meaning that any additional equipment is easily installed. A panel showing all ships alarms, navigation lights and and active pumps is also adjacent.
The Galley is situated down from the saloon on the port side and is well equipped with a sink and draining board, large American style Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave and 4 burner ceramic Hob. Ample storage for all manner of dry goods and crockery etcetera.
To Starboard, opposite the Galley is the Dinette. This comfortable table will seat 6 easily and also converts into a further double berth when needed.
The two main sleeping cabins are at alternate ends of the boat thus ensuring complete privacy for those aboard. The double Guest Cabin is forward of the Galley and dinette area. It has a large double berth on the centre line of the boat, ample cupboard and hanging space as well as good room to move around in the cabin. Satellite TV system with flat screen TV. Escape/ ventilation hatch to foredeck. The guest cabin also has its own En Suite Shower and Heads.(Access to the bow thruster can be gained under the berth.)
The Master Cabin is situated aft and has a large double berth again the centre line of the ship. Access under the berth to all steering gear and emergency tiller if needed. As with the forward cabin, this one is very well appointed and has plenty of spacious hanging and storage space. All cupboards have automatic lighting fitted. There is a dressing table area and also a hidden washing machine. The master cabin also has its own private bathroom (yes - BATH room!) complete with shower and vacuum flush heads. Air-conditioning control. Escape / ventilation hatch to transom.
The attached deck and accommodation plan will show the layout in more detail.

It is most important to point out that the original owner had the boat built specifically for him and the build process was overseen by Lloyds Surveyors who have certificated the boat. This is an unusual expense and feature on a 50 foot boat and further underlines the build, quality and standard of the boat. We have a copy available for inspection in our office.
The current owners have fitted deep sea seals to the shafts and installed a second anchor which is stored in a cupboard on the bathing platform.
The boat features full teak decking and has a sun lounging area with cushions on the foredeck.
On the teak laid bathing platform are easy tread teak laid steps to the aft deck, a hot and cold shower, a fresh water deck wash system, a bathing ladder and the stern shore power connection points. There are a second set of shore power connections on the starboard side foredeck thus making it easy to hook up to shore power as needed.
The Walker Bay Rib is a sailing dinghy or can be powered by an outboard motor. This and the Suzuki 2.5hp outboard are available by negotiation.
There are covers for the side screens on the Aft Deck, The helm station and table on the flybridge and a full width front window cover.
