The Chaparral 290 has a nice layout and good options for cruising and overnight trips. The air conditioned cabin is comfortable with two double berths. There is a useful galley with Microwave, cook top, sink and fridge. All can be used while at anchor due to the onboard generator. The twin Mercruiser 4.3L V6 engines provide good power and a smooth ride while the view from the raised helm is great. Twin engines also allow for easy control when docking or anchoring. There is also plenty of comfortable seating in the cockpit and a good sunbathing area on the foredeck sun cushions.
March 2017 update - The asking price has just been reduced to SGD $80,000 (approx USD $56,500) so is very well placed for a fast sale!
