"Grateful" captures both elegance and performance. She has a beautiful teak interior with a smooth stable ride.
The Eastbay line is built on the world-renowned Grand Banks' quality.
LLC - OWNED
Grateful is rare as she offers a second head found only on the aft galley version of this popular Grand Banks Eastbay. The aft galley is great for entertaining as the salon/galley is where your guests are, not up and down stairs or being solo below. The galley window lowers electrically to pass things through from the galley and bar. There is also a “dutch” door that opens to allow breezes to pass through like another window.
Clearly one of the cleanest 45 SX models anywhere! She has only 466 hours, a washer/dryer, AB Dinghy with a 30hp Honda, Freedom lift, plus many other upgrades.

Grateful has the optional layout, with the galley up and a two stateroom, two head arrangement forward. From the cockpit, the salon is entered through a Dutch door, the clear top half of which opens separately. The galley is located in the port aft corner of the cabin. A large power window drops, opening the galley to the cockpit, and serves as a convenient pass-through for food and drinks. The helm is forward and to starboard and enjoys 360 degree visibility. Across from the helm, an L-shaped raised settee is arranged to allow guests the same visibility as the helmsman. This area also converts quickly to a berthing area for two. The overhead features a power sunroof with an OceanAire shade, and at the push of a button the forward center windshield opens as well, so the whole cabin can be opened to the great outdoors.
The berthing accommodations are four steps down and forward of the helm. Ports and hatches throughout and dorade ventilators offer exceptional air flow when desired. The master cabin is fully forward and features a private, ensuite head. With its center queen berth, it is just as large as the master on a Grand Banks 47. The guest cabin, with its twin berths, is just aft on the starboard side. Across the companionway is the guest/day head with shower. The combo washer/dryer is housed within this second head.
On deck, the hardware is all heavy duty, highly polished stainless steel. Substantial hand rails and wide side decks make going forward easy and safe. This is a wonderful family boat.

The Grand Banks 45 Eastbay SX was introduced in 2007 and represents an evolution of the Eastbay series. The salon area in this model is much larger than in earlier Eastbays. The windshield is pushed much farther forward and the windows themselves are taller and provide greater vision in all directions. There is a great deal more headroom in the engine room and access for service.
