Near new factory demo vessel with extremely low hours. Used only in boats shows and sea trials. Very well equipped vessel, located in the Pacific Northwest. Never having been owned, she just needs somebody to provide those finishing touches that every new boat needs.
The Alaska 48 is a fast trawler design with excellent visibility from the main deck helm, salon and flybridge. Twin Cummins 540 (common rail) power and Onan generator. Full Raymarine electronics on flybridge and lower helm station. Full Cummins new engine warranty applies!
With a bow thruster and stern thruster, this boat handles phenomenally well at the dock.
Two staterooms, two Vacuflush heads, stall shower in master. Beautiful wood finished interior, with galley up and pilothouse door opening to wide walkaround side decks. High 1 1/4" welded and fully faired stainless steel hand rails provide a safe and secure deck area.
On the electrical side there is an inverter and 50 amp shore power with Glendinning Cablemaster. Reverse cycle air provides both heating and cooling.
Stepping on to the aft deck you'll immediately notice the one piece welded 1 1/4" stainless steel hand rails with fully faired welds. A big step up from the average production vessel. These handrails are of sufficient height to place them right at hand height for that extra secure feeling. Moving forward into the main salon there is a dining area in the aft port corner and a settee in the starboard aft corner. The galley is to port, the built in helm seat is on the centre line with a cavity for a flat screen TV and space for an entertainment system.
You will also notice the robust stainless steel mechanism of the pantographic starboard side door leading to the side deck. Moving down the companionway to starboard, the midship master, with an island queen berth, ensuite head and stall shower is to your left. Continuing forward there is a second head with integral shower, and the guest stateroom is in the bow, also with an island queen berth.
Back on deck and up the stairs to the flybridge there is a settee/dining area to the port side, wet bar to starboard, and a small boat deck area aft. The helm, with excellent visibility, is centreline forward.
