The hull is a sandwich construction with 20 mm divinycell in most sections of the hull. It is hand laminated with multiaxial
matting in vinyl ester, for maximum strength and osmosis resistance. A strong internal laminated frame work is laminated to
the hull bottom, with extra reinforcement around the keel area for optimal strength and stiffness.
All structural bulkheads carefully laminated to hull and deck, on both sides of the bulkhead. The deck is made in the same
way as the hull with a 20 mm divinycell in all horizontal surfaces. Reinforcements at all fittings and exposed places and an
integrated anti-slip pattern on the mould. Hull and deck are glued and bolted together. The joint between transom and hull
is also covered with a white sealant.
