ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Electric:

The houseboat is currently set up  to receive  240v 32amp shore power via a pontoon supply which powers on-board systems and low energy interior LED lighting. Standard UK electric sockets are installed throughout. The vessel also benefits from a galvanic isolator installed on-board.

Water:Water is currently received via a pontoon mains supply. On-board features a lower power domestic hot water system. A mains supply is received at each on-board tap and also supply's  2 on-board water tanks. Each tank is heated by a 1kwph Emergen heater and both tanks receive heat via a coil when operating the multi fuel burner.

Tank 1 supply hot taps and showers

Tank 2 supply the on-board underfloor heating on lower deck

Heating:

The vessel is well insulated and benefits from a multi fuel burner, 2 radiators on upper deck and underfloor heating throughout lower deck.

Air Exchange system:

In addition to the openable windows on the upper deck there is an Air Exchange system on-board that circulates and exchanges the air

Toilet system:

2 on-board toilets are connected to a 6000L septic waste tank. The septic waste has an external outlet for pump out / extraction.
