MAIN CABIN

• Open storage shelf along starboard side above settee.
• Two (2) enclosed storage compartments along starboard bulkhead with access behind starboard settee back cushion.
• The entire storage compartment beneath the starboard settee houses the Mermaid air conditioning system.
• Settee with 6’-2” length 2” deep memory foam seat and back cushions (New 2007).
• Open storage shelf along port side above settee.
• Four (4) storage drawers and one (1) enclosed storage compartment built into the exposed cabinetry along the full length of the bulkhead outboard of the settee.
• By using the back cushions from the starboard settee, the port settee converts to a double-wide berth with 6’-2” length 2” deep memory foam cushions (New 2007).

[ Note: The entire storage compartment beneath the port settee is available for installation of a fresh water system which was provided by a previous owner but complete installation appears to be not completed. It includes a 40 gal. Plastimo Flexible water tank, SHURflo water pump, accumulator, and water filter. Plastic piping looks to be completed to all components and extended to the hot water heating tank. The piping to the cabin sink and head sink & shower must be completed. Current owners never used this system, and the hot water tank has been drained since purchase.]

• Port side quarter berth 6’2” L with 6’-2” length 2” deep memory foam cushion (New 2007).
• There are two (2) 120vAC electrical outlets installed in the cabinetry along the port settee and two (2) 12vDC overhead dome lamps above the settees.
• Original (2) fixed ports and (2) opening ports replaced in 2005.
• New glass and gaskets installed in opening ports in 2020. Fixed ports with track mounted privacy curtains (2005)
• Opening ports with removable aluminum screens and privacy covers (2019).
• Overhead deck-mounted opening hatch with new glass and gasket (2016).
• Insect screens (like new) for main cabin inlet hatch and deck hatches (never used by current owners).
