PRICE REDUCED NOW OFFERED AT $42,900.00...ALL REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERD. SHE IS SCHEDULED TO BE HAULED SHORTLY FOR WINTER STORAGE...ACT QUICKLY AND SAVE $$ ESPRITT III is one of the finest examples of the classic Tartan 37 on the market today. She has been extremely well cared for by her current and only owner since new. She is one to take a look at. Back then, this was the design others tried to match. 37 feet of keel/centerboard cruising perfection from the masterful partnership of Tartan and Sparkman & Stevens. Here is a yacht that was both revolutionary and evolutionary. Deemed a classic virtually upon introduction, she immediately created new standards. The shoal draft advantages of this hull configuration are not offset by reduced windward performance. She thrives on a stiff beat as much as on a board-up slide to leeward. And exhibits the speed, strength and gentle manners for which Tartans were renowned. If you are in the market for a good sailing classic sailboat in the 36-40 foot range, do yourself a favor and come look at ESPRITT III, you will not be disappointed. She's in the water and ready to go. Remember Rule 90 - "Have Fun" INCLUDES, BRAND NEW, STILL IN THE BAG, 2012 PRECISION TRI-RADIAL DACRON MAINSAIL!
