Meander II is a fibreglass Bruce Roberts custom-built 45 offshore cutter with a low profile deck and deep centre cockpit. She is a proven cruising boat that has travelled many miles, and with her latest refit in 2017/2018, is ready to sail many more.
It should be noted that the boat was stored on the hard under cover with the mast alongside also under cover from early 2008 to early 2017, during which time refurbishment and maintenance took place, but the boat was not sailed, so there was no wear and tear on sails, etc. during this time. The engine was started once a month throughout this period by a qualified mechanic.
The well thought out interior layout has 2 double and 4 single bunks, joinery of a high standard, generous fuel and water tanks, commodious storage and an impressive inventory of electronic and other equipment.
Meander II is currently based in the Caribbean - a good place to start a sailing adventure. South African buyers should note that payment may be made directly to a South African account in Rand.
