1983 Hunter 31

This Fresh Water Hunter 31  could just be what the Dr. ordered.   Last launched in 2016 , she was reworked in many areas in 2011 including total replacement NEW  teak and holley cabin sole (gorgeous), the installation of a 12,000 built-in Air Conditioning system, totally new custom cushion covers and a new Harken rollerfurling system with new Sunbrella UV sewn with Gortex thread and new Raymarinne instruments.   Further she sports a  s.s. Bimini  recovered in 2011 with Sunbrella Acrylic fabric.  Really a nice boat and everything works!

The Hunter 31 is a great sailing boat exhibiting better than average handling and performance and with her 6' 4" headroom and almost 11' beam the interior comfort will keep your first mate extremely happy. She is a very well equipped boat.

Located on the Tennessee River right at 100 miles east of Memphis she can be moved on her own bottom to many a port of call as she is only 1.5 miles from the start of the Tom Bigbee Waterway and to all points south.  If you are a sporting sort you can motor her north to Chicago if Mobile is not on your way.   If you would prefer to have her shipped to her new port of call Rooke Sails can do this for you as a "Turn Key" purchase if the distance is not too far, but can assist in readying the boat for another transit company of your choice if the distance is significant.  Happy to help either way.
