Overview

Fish Tales is a well cared for example of a Post 46 Convertible having benefitted from the diligent care of the same owners for the past 26 years. Well equipped for offshore sportfishing, cruising or as a live-aboard, this two stateroom, two head, galley down layout is warm and inviting. Mechanically, Fish Tales shows evidence of care and boasts several recent upgrades including a newer Onan 9KW generator and 2 new Cruisair AC units installed just this past year.

The Detroit 6-71s have approximately 500 hours SMOH, start easily, are smooth and exhibit no smoke at idle. Her solid fiberglass construction will provide years of continued use.  Some other great features include Lee double spreader outriggers, Murray Bros. Unlimited fighting chair along with helm and companion chairs, Garmin chartplotter / sounder/ 72NM radar, Simrad auto -pilot and Bow -Thruster.

Interior and Accommodations

Entering through a center sliding door you find a spacious fully carpeted salon with satin finished teak paneling and trim.  Port and starboard storage cabinets are easily accessible from just outside the salon door for tackle, tools or other handy items. A full length sofa is forward and matching cocktail chair to port. There is also a 22" flatscreen TV, overhead rod storage, window treatments and ample cabinetry for storage.

The galley is down to Port featuring an L-shaped counter top, deep sink, microwave, cooktop and range and stand-up refrigerator/ freezer. Lots of cabinet space!

The main ship's electrical panel is easily accessed and located behind the hinged companionway steps.

The private Master Stateroom is down the companionway steps to Starboard featuring an Island Queen berth, two hanging closets and plenty of additional storage. The Master has a ensuite private head with  stand-up shower stall, vanity and vacuflush head. The second day or guest is head is located across the companionway to port and features its' own shower stall, vanity and vacuflush head. Forward is a private guest/crew stateroom with over/under single berths and plenty of storage.
