Seventh Heaven was donated to Nautical Donations, Inc in the spring of 2020 by an owner who had enjoyed her on the Chicago lakefront for 20+ years.
In June 2020 the boat was stripped and professionally cleaned.
Sails have been removed and are accounted for, eg., mainsail and headsails; there is also a dodger & Bimini. Everything in good/serviceable condition.
The decks and deck house were metered and while the readings were high there is no appreciable deck flex/movement under the weight of a 190 pounds person. The attachment of chainplates to supporting bulkheads (4) and tie rods (2) to glassed in receiving sections were inspected and found to be secure.
The Compression post also showed no signs of compromise.
The keel to hull joint needs to be cleaned, filled and faired.
