A Far East (Kha'shing/King Yacht Corp) built express style boat offers much space below....enough to offer a fireplace!! This is NOT TURN KEY. She is a work in progress starting with ALL FIFTEEN (15) thru hulls/sea cocks being replaced/see photos. Air conditioning/heat.

Center island berth forward; upper and lower berths in guest cabin on port, opposite the head with separate shower stall. Main cabin has L-shaped dinette, forward starboard; galley L-shaped aft of dinette. L-shaped built in sofa on port with entertainment area (TV & fireplace) forward. Wood floors under carpeting. Galley offers two (2) burner flat top stove; mircrowave; under counter refrigerator/freezer; double stainless sinks w. hot and cold pressure water. Lots of storage.

Buy the boat for the engines alone!! Twin Johnson & Towers 671 Ti Detroit diesels. All thru hulls replaced; shaft seals; cutlass bearings; rudder seals (packing glands) replaced. Boat need new batteries. Port engine wiring (starter?) needs attention. Sea Strainers need put on/installed.
