This is a great opportunity. The owner unfortunately passed and the boat is being sold for his estate. It has a few known issues and the estate would rather reduce the price and get the boat off of the books than deal with the repairs. The low price more than compensates for the deficiencies. The issues are easily resolved and the boat is a true value to the right buyer. The concerning issue is that the boat has a leak in one of its four fuel tanks. On the bright side, the two main aft tanks are approximately 150 gallons/each and in good shape. The tank that failed is a forward "saddle style" tank. The remaining saddle tank is around 125 gallons and gravity-feeds through a fuel manifold. Even without the saddle tanks, she still carries a reasonable amount of fuel with a respectable range. That remaining saddle tank could be used, at least in part, as auxiliary fuel. If a buyer doesn't want to make the repair, then the bad tank could simply be taken out of service and the boat used as-is. It truly is a great value to the right buyer. The canvas and exterior cushions are fresh, electronics are updated (even has autopilot), the engines and generator run great, the hull is of solid fiberglass construction, the polished stainless steel windlass is new, all three heat/air conditioning units have been replaced, the floorplan is ideal for a boat of this size (has a washer/dryer) and she looks very presentable. Looking for a reasonable "as-is" offer!...
