ACCOMMODATIONS
You enter the salon through a Dutch Door from the Cockpit and will find a saloon that measures 12 feet long by the 14.5-foot beam, indeed a wide and open interior for a 45-foot boat. An L-shaped settee with adjustable table is located on the port side of the cabin, and there are large opening windows all ‘round the saloon. When at anchor, ventilation through the boat should be excellent with any sort of breeze, not to mention the impressive visibility. There are two custom side chairs along the starboard side with custom cabinets between and on either end. the one closest to the galley houses a freezer and the one closest to the cockpit holds an ice keeper.
The galley is very much a part of the saloon layout, as it isn’t hidden behind cabinetry hung from the overhead. A wide quartz topped counter suggests meal preparation is part of the social activities. A double sink faces out, with an opening port just above. To the right of the sink is a GE microwave, mounted over the four (4)-burner propane stove and oven .A 110VAC/12VDC propane refrigerator freezer stands more or less on the center-line of the boat, and Cherubini faced the refrigerator doors with varnished mahogany panels that match the rest of the interior. It is a traditional U-shape arrangement, with a good amount space for prep work with drawers, lockers, and bins to hold provisions and galley utensils for long-term cruising.

Moving forward from the salon down a 24" wide passage way leads to the staterooms and heads. On the port side of the passageway, behind a privacy door reveals the Owner's Stateroom with a thwart queen sized berth with a large, tall chest of drawers, hanging locker and a large mirrored bulkhead aft..There are two opening ports for light and ventilation. Across from this stateroom behind a sliding pocket door is the owner's head compartment—complete with tile-lined shower stall with curved teak seat. There is a Sealand Vacuflush toilet on the right of a long vanity. This is a big head compartment, and the three opening ports help keep the head bright and fresh.
Continuing Forward in the passageway you come to the Guest Stateroom which is also finished in light laminate and mahogany trim. It features a traditional V-berth, two overhead hatches, two deck prisms, and three opening ports, with hanging lockers and draw storage. This guest cabin is very light, cheerful and inviting; a great place to retreat to. The guest head has its own opening port, and a Vacuflush toilet, wet shower, and enough storage for toiletries, towels, and linens. Like the rest of the interior, the finish is traditional and contemporary.
In the passageway a staircase takes you to the very comfortable, well laid out Pilothouse. The sloping sides of the pilothouse visually brings the space together. The large windows allow terrific visibility on all sides, and the rear windows open for ventilation while under way. Two large opening hatches on the pilothouse roof bring in even more light, and the resulting breeze should eliminate the need for running air conditioning in many warm cruising areas. This is command central with all instruments and electronics well laid out within easy reach and sight of the ship's captain who will enjoy the Custom made ARRIGONI Helm Chair. Behind the helm is a long settee (over 6 feet/single berth) with a fixed table w/ swing-up leaves for flexibility. Everything is within easy reach, and the visibility is outstanding in all directions just by turning your head. There are Port and Starboard deck access doors. Teak Overhead Hand Rails.

HULL and DECK
The hull is solid fiberglass below the waterline, with a fiberglass/balsa core sandwich above the waterline. The deck is also balsa cored, with added fiberglass layers in major stress points. A long full keel runs down the length of the hull, and the rudder is attached to the keel via a strong shoe, firmly supported for superior protection. The rails and stanchions are all custom welded aluminum, and provide 35–36 inches of protection around the deck and boat deck. Bulwarks up forward are 30 inches high, offering a secure feeling that cannot be duplicated with simple railings and stanchions.Side decks start at the pilothouse doors, and are 22–24 inches wide, with molded in steps allowing you to walk directly up to the boat deck or down to go to the bow.
The aft deck is five feet long, with 6'4" of headroom under the overhead boat deck. With the wide transom door, there is enough room for a couple of people to sit and enjoy the scenery at anchor, or for organizing diving gear while exploring a nearby reef. As with many of the modern trawlers, the aft deck is really a civilized back porch. There are locker/seats on both sides of the aft deck, the port locker holds two 20-lb. propane tanks . There is a second set of engine controls in the cockpit along with bow thruster controls , an outside shower, an extended overhead canopy and a full isinglass enclosure extending the use of this outside living space. A great place for your morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.
