This 2007 65’ Outer Reef is Hull 14. Conceived as a safe, yet luxurious passage maker, MRS LANE does not disappoint. There are dual staircases from her extended swim platform leading to a fully covered aft deck. The aft deck has built in bench seating with storage below and a teak table that can seat up to 6 for al fresco dining. There is a wet bar with a built-in fridge and ice maker. Wing doors to port and starboard and EZ2CY enclosures and screens allow use of the aft deck regardless of weather conditions.
The main salon is entered through double doors from the aft deck. This is a spacious area with an L-settee to port, a beautiful, custom, granite topped, cherry cabinet and tub chair to starboard. The cabinet is fitted with electronic lifting arms to raise and lower the 40" Samsung flat screen smart TV.
Forward and up 2 steps is the galley. The galley has full appliances and voluminous storage. Counters and backsplashes were upgraded to granite. A convenient day head is just opposite the galley, along with additional storage lockers and a custom china cabinet.
The pilothouse has a large, comfortable recently reupholstered L-shaped settee and table. The enlarged helm console is home to an extensive, state-of-the-art electronics package. Port and starboard water-tight doors give quick access to the exterior deck and two staircases, both on the starboard side, lead up to the flybridge, and down to the owner and guest staterooms.
The VIP stateroom has a queen berth with spacious drawer storage below. There are twin hanging lockers and a flat screen TV as well as shelving on both bulkheads. The private ensuite head and shower feature cherry cabinetry and granite counter tops.
Moving aft, the second guest stateroom is to port with a double berth and added single berth above, a hanging locker, cabinet storage and hook-up for an iPod. This stateroom also has an ensuite head and shower and a flat screen TV.
Opposite the port guest stateroom is a full-size washer and dryer and laundry supply storage locker.
The Master suite is full beam, amidships with the king berth athwartship, a walk-in hanging locker forward, and a second large hanging locker aft. Opposite the end of the berth is a full wall dresser, entry to the master head and a mounted 55" flat screen TV. The Master head features dual sinks, granite counter tops and large shower. The center door aft from the master leads to a watertight door with viewing port is the forward entrance to the engine room.
The six-foot-plus headroom and ease of access to all systems makes engine room movement hassle free. In addition to the twin Caterpillarss, there are two generators, a watermaker, hydraulics and A/C systems.
Aft of the engine room is another watertight door and second teak door to a double crew or fourth guest cabin, head with shower, upright deep freeze, work and storage area. Moving all the way aft is the watertight transom door opening onto the extended swim platform.
An Outer Reef flybridge with a full-width hardtop may be the largest flybridge of any 65’ series produced. The flybridge helm features many repeater electronics and two Stidd helm chairs. There are built-in settees with hi/lo custom solid teak tables. Aft of the settees is a service area featuring a new 36" BBQ grill, wet bar with refrigerator/icemaker and built-in storage. The boat deck comfortably holds a 13’ Nautica RIB with 60hp Yamaha and there is still ample room for sunbathing.
MRS LANE has has a fully covered walk-around main deck and a Portuguese bridge forward with an opening gate door to the foredeck. There is built-in seating just forward. The foredeck houses a hydraulic dual capstan windlass with two galvanized anchors.

BROKER'S REMARKS
MRS LANE was originally built as a showboat with her beautiful upgraded granite and cherry interior. This yacht with four cabins and five heads, is a superior vessel in adverse sea conditions and can easily be handled with her 25hp hydraulic bow and stern thrusters with proportional controls and handheld remote operated from three different positions. With recent new paint and so many upgrades to systems and maintenance she also appears both inside and out as a much newer yacht than her 2007 year. Her current owner has spared no expense to keep this yacht ready to go sea at anytime with the aid of a very knowledgeable full time captain.
