Broker’s Comment:        

“Key Largo” is new to the market (March 2025) and in the water in Swansea, Massachusetts.
This boat was owned through different members of a family for many years including one of them that owned a marina.  The boat went through a major refit in the early 2000s.  At that time the engines were rebuilt, cabin top re-cored, fiberglassed and awlgripped from the gun’ls up 

The boat is sadly for sale as the owners have sold their marina and are retiring from boating.

Tour of the Boat: 

Entering from one of the sides you will find a lovely aft deck with room for a couple of chairs and a table.  The coaming and surrounding areas have may hand rails for safety.

Salon & Galley:

Walking into the salon you will see a beautiful lower station to starboard with a teak captain’s wheel with a couple of boat chairs behind it.  On the port side of the salon is a couch that opens up into a sleeper.  There is also a hide away bar area and electric heat.

Down the stairway is a nicely equipped galley with an electric stove to starboard with plenty of storage for galley gear along with a refrigerator and micro-wave that faces aft in this area.

Opposite the galley is a settee and table with seating for four.

Head & Shower:

Just forward of the galley on the starboard side you will find a roomy head with vanity and sink along with a separate shower area.

Forward Cabin:

The forward cabin features a full-size V-berth with a filler cushion to enlarge the size of the berth area.  This cabin also features a hanging locker along with storage cabinets below each side. There is also a large overhead hatch for ventilation. Additionally, there is access to the chain locker at the forward end of the V-berth.

Engine Space:

Access to the engine space is through a pull-out hatch directly below the salon.

•    Crusader 350 (250 hp) rebuilt in 2000 
•    Onan 4 KW generator (just behind engines under aft deck)
•    House batteries along with main cutoff switches
•    Racor fuel filter 

Aft Deck:

Here is access to the steering gear, and generator space.  Ample space is also provided for storage for fenders, dock lines, and spares.

Flybridge:

This boat has a fully enclosed flybridge which gives a commanding view for running the boat.  It has captain’s chairs along with many windows in the enclosure for comfort depending on condition.  There are also two small settees, one on each side.
