The grand Banks 32 Sedan is a true Classic. She is powered by the economical and reliable Ford Lehman Diesel and is an excellent boat for the cruising lifestyle at an affordable price. The vessel also has many newer upgrades such as fuel tank, water tank, canvas and storage spaces. She is a well cared for vessel and ready for her new owners. 

1971 Grand Banks 32 - "Old Woodies Rule" 

Well-built vessels as prime materials are used for the Hull. The Grand Banks are built with Mahogany planks on Oak frames that create a tight seam and is complimented with beautiful teak throughout the exterior and interior.

Purchased boat October 2015 

*Previous owner painted teak light blue, parquet floors gray, taped all windows with white electrical tape, did crazy stuff. Slowly started to restore boat. 
 

Enhancements: I have maintained regular bottom care of boat, making sure to replace zincs as needed 

 
2016 

Worked with a Marine Carpenter to assess boat (checked for wood rots and leaks) 

Port side (Did work on Berth and Cabin Sides - replaced with marine grade materials) 

Replaced one windshield and one window in front of galley 

2017  
Haul Out (I have the receipt of materials and work)  

Bottom Paint 
Sanded and Painted Hull (above water line) We did most of the sanding and yard painted the boat 

Service Thru Hulls, (removed and capped not in use thru hulls)

2018 - Found a great MX guy Jon Jenks that has been working on my boat for the last 3 years... 

MX on engine (Tune-up - oil change, top off fluids, hoses, clamps, etc.) 

Lazarette: built platform and storage 

Teak Deck Re-seamed: Removed and replaced all epoxy caulk with graphite filler (West System)  

Added additional storage inside the House 

Added 70gal fresh water tank and plumbing hook ups 

Restored parquet flooring  

Added electronics (TCL 28" Roku TV, Pioneer Stereo and Speakers)

- Bimini Navy Blue Sunbrella Material (Only used once until recently)

Painted: Inside and Topside of entire boat using Interlux Paint (White), Painted deck (non-teak) with non-skid grey Pettit paint
