Sleeps 5/6.  V berth forward, enclosed head with vanity and shower next aft to port, hanging locker opposite to starboard. Main cabin next aft.  Settees port and starboard.  Port settee extends to form double berth. Single quarter berth aft to port, galley opposite to starboard. Interior cushions were recovered in 2021.

Galley features ice box and stainless steel sink with cold pressure water. Portable refrigerated ice box (2024) runs on 12 volts DC or 110 volts dockside AC. Electric skillet, coffee maker. Dinnerware, pots and pans, etc. Pressure water pump was replaced two years ago.

12 volt DC and 110 volt dockside AC systems. 12 volt system includes two marine 12 volt batteries, new in 2022. Battery selector switch. two breaker panels. Trickle charger. 110 volt dockside AC system includes 30 amp shore power cord.

Stainless steel bow anchor roller, double stainless steel uncoated lifelines. Port boarding gate. Transom-mounted, stainless steel swim ladder with teak treads. Two relatively new opening overhead hatches, 10 opening ports, 7 of which have been recently replaced.  Three new ports, still in boxes. Pedestal wheel steering. Recently installed garboard drain plug. 

Single-spreader, aluminum, deck-stepped mast. Sail inventory includes Doyle fully-battened mainsail and Doyle roller-furling genoa (120 or 130%).  Neither sail original, age unknown, both believed to be in good condition. Furlex roller-furling system for genoa. Both main and genoa halyards were recently replaced. Two Lewmar #34 self-tailing primary genoa sheet winches, two Barlow #16 mast-mounted halyard winches. Mainsheet traveler. Standing rigging was replaced around 3015.

Cockpit dodger, cockpit cushions, tent for cockpit (may be seen in photos), pedestal-mounted compass, linens for sleeping six, galleyware, dinnerware, cutlery, utensils, TV (2024), USB connectors for charging. CQR 35 plow anchor with chain and rode, electric bilge pump, two fire extinguishers, four docklines, two fenders, boat hook, and 10 PFD's. 

All engine hoses, exhaust system, cutlass bearing, and stuffing box were replaced in 2024. 

Holding tank was removed.  Buyer will need to purchase and install a new holding tank.

Mast needs re-wiring.

Navigation lights are not working.
