"Southern Light" is a 37 CSY cutter that's blue water ready. CSY's are known for being well built with solid fiberglass hull and deck. This vessel has many custom upgrades and includes a custom hard Bimini and dodger, dinghy davits and two dinghies. This boat underwent significant upgrading in 2015 and is well maintained. Never chartered. The previous owner for 15 years completely refurbished the interior. Current owner for past 3 years sailed 1500 miles, from Florida's west coast, through south Florida, and throughout the keys.
